What is Leganto?

Leganto is an online application that supports the creation and management of course reading lists. Through the use of Leganto, instructors can:

  • Create lists of relevant, up-to-date materials gathered from a range of sources including the Library collection, web sites (amazon.com, etc..) and multimedia resources (youtube.com, etc..)
  • Easily manage and update course resources based on your course needs
  • Look at statistical usage of materials by students

and students can:

  • Easily access lists for all of their courses in one place
  • Engage with the resources, comment on readings, make recommendations for your class and the library
  • Build a personal collection of resources to use at other times

This guide is designed to help you use Leganto to create reading lists. Use the navigation on the side-menu to find tutorials and information on different aspects of Leganto.
