Oxy converted from Moodle to Canvas on May 20, 2024!

• Moodle was archived Friday, May 24, 2024.  If you have questions about your previous content in Moodle, please email the ITS help desk at helpdesk@oxy.edu

• Fall Semester 2024 courses are utilizing Canvas.

If you need some help getting started with Canvas, do one or more of the following:

• Login to Canvas and you'll see a course on your dashboard titled Occidental Faculty PD Course.  Select that course to get step by step training. 
• Review the Canvas Instructor Guide or the Canvas Student Guide.  Canvas can also be accessed on mobile devices so if you want to learn more about Canvas on mobile devices, then review Canvas Mobile.
• Review video guides for Instructor or Student Canvas roles.
• If you aren't finding what you need, then take a look at all the Canvas resources from Instructure.  It is a comprehensive collection of online guides for Canvas.
• Go to the next tab in this guide labeled Training and Support
